North Kerry College of Further Education are currently offering a variety of QQI (FETAC) Certified and Hobby Adult Education courses in the evening throughout the school calendar year. Courses run from the end of February to the middle of May on both Tuesday and Wednesday evenings between 6.30 pm and 9.30 pm.

Conversational Spanish 

Course Details

This class is for people with an interest in learning to pick up enough of the language to be able to cope with everyday travel situations such as introducing yourself, booking accommodation, ordering a meal and using public transport. The class may be divided into two levels of learners, depending on the ability of participants.

This workshop is for budding photographers. The programme will teach you how to use the functions and settings on your camera and begin to understand how your digital camera works. The purpose of this award is to equip the learners with the knowledge, skills and competence required to work effectively, under direction in a special needs setting. This award will also give learners an understanding of the context of special needs, the associated issues and approaches. Healthcare Component Module - Care Skills

Course Details

Learners who successfully complete this module will recognise the personal care needs of clients and be prepared to respond effectively to clients individual needs with their involvement and use of choice.
